I was in just earlier and experienced the manager of the store stepping out and berating one of the employees on the shop floor. The employee was also rude to the manager, all in all this was totally unprofessional and made for a very uncomfortable shopping experience. If i was the regional manager I would be looking into this treatment. Regardless of whatever drama and right or wrong has taken place, there is no excuse for it to spill out or to speak and behave in such a manner towards others. Absolutely would not recommend shopping somewhere where the leadership does not conduct itself in a respectful manner.

I love the female staff here but the one guy who (unfortunately) happens to be at the tills is really cranky and rude. Serves you before the people before you have even picked up their shopping, and there's always something he's picking on you for. Didn't ask me how I was paying as you might expect from till staff, and got visibly upset and impatient whilst I got my card up on my phone app and was passively aggressive because I was somehow supposed to tell him without him asking me? In fact he seems to be constantly passively aggressive and have some kind of undercurrent of hate for people. I'd rather have someone else serve me so I could have a pleasant experience than have to go all the way to the next nearest one which is what I normally do. I've put up with this for long enough before posting a review to be honest, today was the last straw.
